    Considering the capability of automated hematology analyzer now a days and clinical necesity for patient information,should the standarized CBC change ? Add more parameters that add value to diagnose and treatment?

    Considering that an viral or bacterial infection almost always is the case to ask for a CBC, its should include a CRP with a standard 18 parameters.
